About
Walker is a licensed CPA and an MBA candidate at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to Kellogg, he spent several years at PwC in their deals group, where he advised clients on the accounting implications of complex financial transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions and divestitures across SaaS and private equity-backed businesses. That experience gave him direct exposure to how deals are structured, where they create value, and where they break down. At Kellogg, he has concentrated his focus on Tech, with a strong interest in how artificial intelligence is reshaping business strategy and competitive positioning across industries. At OCA, Walker focuses on early-stage investment opportunities at the intersection of software and AI.
