Rachel Mackey is Head of Platform at OCA Ventures.
Prior to joining OCA Ventures, Rachel worked as an Executive Assistant at TEKsystems, a leading provider of IT staffing, talent management and services. Before that, Rachel worked in restaurant management for both Lettuce Entertain You and DMK Restaurants, based in Chicago.
Rachel earned her BA in Sociology from the University of Arizona, with dual minors in Business and English. She earned her Associate Professional of Human Resources (aPHR) certification through HRCI.
