She plays a critical role in supporting the OCA's leadership team, ensuring efficient communication, coordination, and execution of daily operations all while maintaining a clear focus on OCA’s success.
Prior to OCA, Leticia served as Senior Executive Assistant at Ascension Illinois supporting multiple corporate leaders, committees, and Boards. Where she was well known for her proactive approach, ability to anticipate needs, and capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Healthcare environment.
Leticia earned her BS in Business Administration and Healthcare management from Columbia College Missouri.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with her family.
