Kelley Quinn is Finance & Operations Manager at OCA Ventures, where she oversees the firm's management company operations and operational infrastructure. Kelley leads OCA's human resources function, including employee benefits and retirement plans, employment matters, recruiting and onboarding, and insurance and risk management. She partners with the Vice President of Accounting & Finance on budgeting, tax coordination, regulatory compliance, and other financial and operational matters, and oversees the firm's outsourced IT and other key service providers.
Kelley also works directly with OCA's limited partners on administrative and operational matters, manages the firm's philanthropic initiatives, and leads the planning and execution of OCA events. With more than a decade at OCA Ventures, Kelley brings deep institutional knowledge of the firm and its investor base and serves as a key resource across the organization.
Kelley earned her BS in Psychology from Central Michigan University. Outside of OCA, Kelley enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her Border Collie, Knox.
