The members of the OCA Ventures team have a passion for building early-stage companies into market leaders, have long histories working with one another, and share common core personal and professional beliefs, while at the same time contributing different skills and perspectives.
This cohesive group has close business and personal relationships dating back more than 25 years. John Dugan, Peter Ianello and Marc Berman were partners in the 1980s when they led O’Connor & Associates. Jim Dugan is John Dugan’s third son, Jason Heltzer joined the team in 2001, Joe Dwyer joined in 2009, David Zyer joined in 2009 and Gabe Greenbaum joined in 2011.
Patrick J. O'Donnell -
Patrick J. O’Donnell is retired from the UBS Investment Bank where he
was the Chief Information Officer and a member of its Management
Board. He was at UBS (and its predecessors) from 1989 through 2003,
where he served on various senior management and corporate governance
bodies driving the operational and strategic direction of the firm.
Over the last two years, he has been a private investor looking for
under-priced small cap growth stocks.
