Joe is a retired Managing Director of UBS. Following roles with the bank in Risk Management in Switzerland, he served in London as the Head of the Management Office of the Investment Banking Division. Prior to UBS, he was a Managing Director at SBC/OC, a general partner at O'Connor and Associates and a market maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). Joe was the Corporate Secretary of the CBOE at its founding. He served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969 after earning a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
